Book an appointment with us online day or night. Choose a day and time that works for you, and we'll confirm your appointment through e-mail after your request has been received. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE BOOKING!!!
Must be 18+ years of age with a legal photo i.d at the time of your appointment. You will NOT be tattooed if you do not have your i.d or are: pregnant, breast-feeding, sunburnt, sick, on antibiotics, or going on vacation soon. A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required and will be charged at the time of an approved appointment booking. The deposit will come off the total of the tattoo at the last appointment scheduled. If you need to reschedule you may do so ONE time at least 24+ hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You will need to put down a NEW deposit if you reschedule more than once. If you are scheduled for a full day there are NO reschedules or changes allowed. You agree to forfeit your deposit in addition to a charge of 20% of the full initial quote if you no call no show (example: $1000 quote with $200 deposit down would forfeit the $200 deposit and be charged an additional 20% of the $1000 quote = you would be out $400 for no showing). Prices subject to change. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you forfeit the deposit and will need to place down a new deposit for that appointment and to keep any future appointments scheduled. No call no shows and reschedules result in our time being wasted. Repeat offenders will be REMOVED from our books. Be sure to be well rested, hydrated, and eat before your appointment. The drawing will be shown to you at your appointment the day of. Send reference photos with your full name and phone number to 309-824-7172 IF you have requested an appointment online. If you feel that you need a touch up please contact us at 6 weeks from when you initially get the tattoo. Any oral, foot, finger, and hand tattoos are NOT guaranteed and will be charged for touch ups. If you do not take care of your new tattoo how we suggest (and we can tell if you did or not) you will have to pay for touch ups. Please call 309-454-2299 or stop by with any questions! We do not offer piercing. Do NOT email the shop about your appointment as they will not be answered.
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. request online appointment (under your own account information!!-we will not accept multiple appointments for other people under one name) You do NOT need to request a consultation if you are requesting a tattoo appointment!!!
2. send reference photos with your first and last name to 309-824-7172 right after you request an appointment
3. please include the location of where you want the tattoo, the size (as inches-do not say small, medium, or large), and if you want color or black & grey or linework only
4. if you do NOT follow these instructions your request will be REJECTED.
5. We will text you back with a quote and deposit total in which you will have to confirm it is ok to book then! (*Prices subject to change*)
